Detail Itinerary

3:30 p.m. Pick up tourists at Boten railway station
5:40 p.m. arrive Luang Prabang railway station, Bring you in an air-conditioned mini bus into Luang Prabang. Staying at a 4-5 star hotel in Luang Prabang.
6:30 p.m. have dinner at a restaurant in the city, then take you to the night market so that you can buy souvenirs in the pedestrian street of Luang Prabang at night.
After that we will take you back to the hotel and have a rest there over night.

Luang Prabang is often called the ‘Heart of Laos’ and many visitors choose to come instead of Vientiane as it is known for its gorgeous countryside and scenic views across the majestic Mekong River. Luang Prabang also lies on the Nam Khan River, which you can enjoy the river view and do some water activity during your trip here. Luang prabang is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which you can observe and learn about history and enjoy splendor of the city. Another reason to visit Luang prabang is to check out the temples as you will be spoilt for choice on a trip here and can take in the gorgeous religious architecture at almost every turn. If you want to get out of town, then you can find spots that include lush waterfalls and pools.

In Luang Prabang, Getting up early to see hundreds of monks collecting alms, see local morning life style, then travel to visit tourist sites in Luang prabang such as: Ting Cave, Na Shang Hai Village, Kuangsi Waterfall, Lao Museum (Old Palace), top Of Phu Si Mountain.

  • 5:00 a.m Getting up early at the crack of dawn and see hundreds of monks in their bright orange robes walk around the streets of the city collecting alms. Then take you to see the atmosphere of the morning market. You will see the lifestyle of Luang Prabang natives, After that, we will be taking you to have breakfast in the hotel.
  • After exploring the historic center of Luang Prabang, going on a boat ride up the Mekong and discovering the lush jungles of the region. One of the main attractions reachable by a 1-2 hour boat ride up the river are Buddhist limestone caves featuring hundreds of little Buddha statues – Tam Ting (Pak Ou Caves).
  • Visiting Ban Xang Hai village (Lao Whiskey village) which was a local Famous village for the production of local Lao Rice whisky & visitors can watch to being produced & process of making Lao Whiskey, taste it and buy it.
  • Take you to have lunch at restaurant
  • Take you to see Kuang Si Waterfall, which means roebuck. This waterfall falls from a 70-meter high mountain. You can take a picture from the front, which is right across the water. The stream falls down. The back is a white limestone waterfall and water. Sometimes it can be a rainbow color to see.
  • Then we will take you to visit the Lao Museum, which is an old palace. The building features are designed by French architects. It is a French style architecture that combines with Lao culture.
  • One of the main attractions in Luang Prabang is Phousi Mountain. To get to the top you will need to walk up some 355 steps to get to the viewing platform but from here you will be able to look out over the city and take in the views. There is also a small temple at the summit of the mountain which is actually a small hill rather than anything too taxing. With that in mind, it is well worth the trip to the top for the panoramic vistas of famous spots in Luang Prabang.
  • After that we will take you back to the hotel and have a rest over night.
  • 07:00 Have a breakfast at the hotel.
  • Take you on a tour of Vishunarat Temple which was built during the reign of King Vishunarat in the year 2046. It is another temple that the people of Luang Prabang pay respect to. It is a temple that looks like half a watermelon.That is why the people of Luang Prabang are called the Watermelon Buddha until now.
  • Take you to visit Xiengthong Temple, which is one of the most important and beautiful temples, so much so that it has been praised by archaeologists and historians as a gem of Lao architecture.
  • 10:45 Getting on the railway at Luang Prabang railway station
  • 11:59 Arrive at Vang Vieng railway station
  • Get on an air-conditioned mini bus and enter Vang Vieng city,
  • Have lunch
  • Then take you to visit Pu Kham Cave “Blue Lagoon” in Lao and this is said to be one of the most sacred caves in the country. As you would expect this also makes it one of the most popular spots to visit in Vang Vieng and it is also known for its azure waters (a nod to the name) and large bronze statue of the Buddha. To get to the cave you will need to travel from Vang Vieng to Ban Na Thong and then hike to the main mouth. Once inside you can swim in the lake in a cave or you can also try swimming into the inner chamber on a rope.

  • 18:00 : take you to visit the night market on the banks of the Mekong River.

  • The main artery running through Vang Vieng is the river and with that in mind many of the activities in town center around this majestic waterway. If you want to do something a little more exciting than tubing and are looking for an adventure, then you can have a go at kayaking. One of the main kayaking tours will take you to some of the caves around Vang Vieng, and you can kayak up the river and then continue directly on into the mouth of the caves. There is usually also time to get out of the kayak and go for a swim which will help you cool off after a long day paddling
  • Walk across the blue bridge that crosses the Song River as a symbol of Vang Vieng to see the An Angel Cave.
  • 12:55 p.m. Getting on the railway Vang Vieng station to Vientiane Capital
  • 2:00 p.m. Pick up by a private mini bus from the Lao-China high-speed railway station in Vientiane capital.
  • Take you to visit the Patuxai victory monument, located in the northeast of Vientiane capital, as a symbol of the declaration of independence and democracy of Laos. Patuxai Victory Monument is one of the best known landmarks in Vientiane and was designed to resemble the Arc de Triomphe in Paris.It is however also carved with symbols of Hindu Gods and has an additional five towers which resemble traditional Laotian buildings making this something of an East meets West kind of attraction. The monument is part of the wider Patuxai Park and this is a great place to come if you want to go for a serene walk at sunset.You can also take in the views across Vientiane from the top of the Patuxai Victory Monument either by climbing a set of stairs to the viewing platform or using an elevator.
  • Take you to the sacred temple of Pha That Luang, which is the most important place in Laos. That Luang is also called the Vientiane Great Stupa and has the claim to fame of being the most sacred building in all of Laos as well as one of the most picturesque.The stupa dates from the 16th century and is a large complex that features the central stupa covered in gold leaf which soars to a height of 148 feet. This is then surrounded by pretty turrets in the typical Laotian style and the whole complex is around four kilometers outside of the center of Vientiane so it makes a great place to visit as part of a day trip.

In the days of old Vang Vieng had a rather wild reputation. The reason for this was that it attracted a young crowd who liked to sample the cheap drinks and swim in the river. Predictably, this led to a number of accidents over the years and in 2012 the local Lao government decided to clean up Vang Vieng’s image. This has meant that Vang Vieng has become a little less wild and a little more focused on cultural activities instead of hard partying.

That said, you can still find an exciting nightlife scene here as well as a huge number of local cafes, eateries and bars. Another key reason to come here is to enjoy the idyllic river scenes and also explore the neighboring limestone caves, many of which have gorgeous swimming holes located inside.

  • 7:00 a.m. Have a breakfast at the hotel.
  • Buddha Park is also known as Wat Xieng Khuan and is some 25 kilometers outside Vientiane. As you would guess from the name, is known for having more than 200 religious statues which are scattered all over the lush grounds. The piece de resistance here is a sculpture of a reclining Buddha which is some 40 meters high and the park was the brainchild of a monk who designed the area in 1958 and who was interested in both Hindu and Buddhist sculpture, which is why you will find a mix of different influences here.
  • 10:30 take you to visit Wat Ho Phrakeo Temple, located on Sethathilat Road, next to the President’s Palace, but before it was the capital of Laos.
  • Take you to visit Wat Siseket Temple, which is another old temple located opposite to Wat Ho PhraKeo Temple.
  • Wat Si Muang is one of the most popular temples in Vientiane capital and is a great place to visit if you want to see some of the finest Laotian Buddhist design work in the country. The temple takes it name from Si Muang who, local legend has it, was a young Laotian woman who sacrificed herself to please the local gods and allow for the building to be erected some 400 years ago. The design features of the temple are truly stunning and you will also be able to watch long streams of pilgrims here worshipping at the temple.
  • Have lunch at the restaurant
  • Take you to shopping at morning market.
  • The Kaysone Phomvihane Museum was opened to commemorate the 75th birthday of the president of Laos and is also a monument to one of the most famous communist leaders in Indochina. The museum is made up a number of galleries that tell the story of Kaysone, who in real life was actually rather private about his day to day affairs. Both inside and outside the museum you will see a number of statues of Kaysone made of bronze and you can also check out a range of his personal memorabilia.
  • There is even a model of his home as a child and a model of the cave he hid inside in Hua Phan Province.
  • Take you back to hotel.
  • 19:00 Have dinner at Tam Nuck Lao restaurant and see Lao dancing style.
  • After that we will take you back to the hotel and have a rest there over night.
  • 6:00 a.m. take you to a private air-conditioned mini bus as well as have a breakfast on the mini bus. we will give each of you a box of food. On the way to Laos – China high-speed railway Vientiane capital station. You also have lunch on railway.
  • 8:00 a.m. Guide will send you to get on the Lao-China high-speed railway. You will arrive Bohan railway station about 18:34 (The End of Services). May you travel safely and be impressed.
